                                                     Greek Salad
Greek salad is really healthy and tempting. If I have to eat so much salad as it is I will not be able to finish even half of it. But I can have this full bowl of greek salad anyday anytime and that too happily. It could be because of the dressing added which gives it a Sweet and sour flavor or because of the way this colorful salad looks in the bowl. I don’t know and I am not complaining 🙂

As I do not get all the ingredients like feta cheese and kalamata olives easily where I live I have substituted them with available ingredients. I have used Cottage Cheese in place of Feta Cheese in the greek salad. Sometimes I use processed cheese cubes also in place of feta cheese. In place of Kalamata olives I have used black olives.
