Potato stir fry is my kids new favorite dish. They love having this with roti, in wraps or even with rice. Whenever I am in a hurry to make something for kids then Potato stir fry and paneer stir fry are my top most choices.

These make delicious wraps. You can add some homemade Mayonnaise to the wraps. Nothing can beat homemade wraps health wise or taste wise. My kids love wraps be it these Potato stir fry wrap, paneer wrap or Burritos.

I used to fry potatoes earlier. Now I either shallow fry them in little olive oil or roast them in tandoor/oven. You can use either method as per your choice.
