Hi, welcome to my blog. My name is Nidhi. I am an architect and mother of two energetic boys. I love to cook and try new recipes. I’ve started this blog to share and explore new healthy vegetarian recipes which are not only delicious but are also healthy. Most of these dishes are easy to prepare and are made from easily available ingredients. Like all mothers, I try to feed my kids healthy food but they hate vegetables. So I have developed innovative recipes which are loaded with nutrition and the best part is that my kids still love them. My focus will be on cooking for children and I will post recipes, photos and tips. Since I am a vegetarian, all the recipes on this blog will be vegetarian( i do not even use egg or gelatin).
This intro will be incomplete without mention of my husband, Axat, who not only motivated me to start this blog but also helped in setting this up. Also my kids deserve to be mentioned as they have to taste all the food i cook and approve it. This blog is not only about recipes but also about sharing beautiful experiences of my life, family and cooking.
