Wash and soak moong dal for at least 3-4 hours.
Blend the soaked dal in the blender with green chilies and ginger.
Add sugar, Haldi, Heeng, red chili powder, salt, and oil to the batter. Mix everything.
Get your steamer ready and grease the thali/pan in which you are going to steam the dhokla.
When the steamer is hot and ready add Eno to the batter. Mix it nicely and immediately shift to the greased thali.
Steam the dhokla for 12-15 minutes. Let it rest for 2-3 minutes in the steamer and then take out.
