Ingredients

  • 2 apples
  • 2 cucumber
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 tbsp fresh coriander leaves chopped

For dressing

  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 tbsp honey/ sugar
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp olive oil

Instructions

First, prepare the dressing.

  • Mix all things listed under the dressing in a glass bowl. These quantities are quite flexible and can be changed according to your family's taste.
  • Keep it chilled in the fridge.

Get other ingredients ready for the salad.

  • Peel (if you want) and thinly slice the Apples. Cut the cucumber into cubes. Cut carrots into matchsticks.
  • In a large bowl add all the ingredients.
  • Add the dressing and toss everything with a light hand.

For serving

  • Keep it in the fridge for 15 minutes for flavors to blend. Serve slightly chilled.
