Ingredients

fresh coriander leaves

For dressing
juice of 1 lemon

honey/ sugar
salt and pepper to taste

olive oil
Instructions
First, prepare the dressing.
Mix all things listed under the dressing in a glass bowl. These quantities are quite flexible and can be changed according to your family's taste.
Keep it chilled in the fridge.
Get other ingredients ready for the salad.
Peel (if you want) and thinly slice the Apples. Cut the cucumber into cubes. Cut carrots into matchsticks.
In a large bowl add all the ingredients.
Add the dressing and toss everything with a light hand.
For serving
Keep it in the fridge for 15 minutes for flavors to blend. Serve slightly chilled.
