Ingredients

  • 1 Mango + 1 Peach
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 cucumber
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp sugar powdered
  • chopped coriander/ cilantro leaves

Instructions

For salad

  • Peel and chop all the fruits and vegetables.
  • In a separate bowl mix together salt, pepper, sugar, and lemon juice.
  • Now toss fruit salad in the salad dressing.
  • Mix well.

To serve

  • Garnish with chopped fresh coriander/ cilantro leaves.
  • I really love the smell of fresh coriander leaves. They add such a nice flavor to dishes.
  • Keep the salad in the fridge for 2-3 hours for all the flavors to blend in.
  • serve cold.

  • If you want to eat these with nachos or roasted papad then you should chop fruits into small pieces.
