For fruit salad:

banana sliced

apples cored and cut into cubes

strawberry hulled and quartered

Orange peeled and separated into segments

Kiwi peeled and diced

pomegranate pearls
For dressing :
Juice of 1 lemon

Sugar or honey
Salt and pepper to taste

Kala namak or rock salt

Fresh Orange Juice
Instructions
Get all the fruits ready and mix in a large glass bowl.
Mix all the ingredients for dressing in a separate small bowl and give it a good mix.
Check the taste and add anything if you want.
Now drizzle the dressing over the fruit salad and mix it gently.
Serve and Enjoy.
