Ingredients

For fruit salad:

  • 3 banana sliced
  • 2 apples cored and cut into cubes
  • 10 strawberry hulled and quartered
  • 2 Orange peeled and separated into segments
  • 2-3 Kiwi peeled and diced
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate pearls

For dressing :

  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp Sugar or honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 tsp Kala namak or rock salt
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Orange Juice

Instructions

  • Get all the fruits ready and mix in a large glass bowl.
  • Mix all the ingredients for dressing in a separate small bowl and give it a good mix.
  • Check the taste and add anything if you want.
  • Now drizzle the dressing over the fruit salad and mix it gently.
  • Serve and Enjoy.
