onions sliced

carrot thinly sliced

capsicum sliced

garlic finely chopped

chilly sauce

tsp
vinegar

tomato ketchup

tsp
soy sauce
salt to taste

red chili powder

tsp
chaat masala
Instructions
Slice all the vegetables.
Cut thin strips of roti to give it noodle shape.
Heat oil in a pan. Cook onions and garlic for 2-3 minutes in oil.
Add capsicum and carrots and cook for another 2-3 minutes on high heat stirring continuously.
Add all the sauces, salt, and chili powder, and chaat masala.
Add thin roti strips and give it a good mix so that the sauces coat the roti strips properly.
Roti Noodles are ready. Serve hot as an evening snack, breakfast, or even dinner.

Note:
1. Leftover Roti/ chapatti works better for this recipe than fresh ones.
2. You can add whatever vegetables your kids like to this recipe to make this more tempting and nutritious for them.
