  • 1 ½ cup leftover Poha
  • 2 boiled Potatoes
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 1 tsp chopped green chilies
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • ¼ tsp chaat masala
  • ½ cup finely chopped veggies of your choice

Instructions

Prepare poha and vegetables

  • Grind poha in your blender so that you get coarse mixture.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients except for oil to the ground poha.
  • Mix properly and check the spices. If you want you can add red chilli powder also. I did not add it.
  • Give shape to the tikki.

  • Cook the Poha Tikki in 1 -2 tbsp of oil.
  • Try to cook them on medium or low flame starting with the high flame.

  • Your Poha tikki is ready to serve.
  • Serve it hot with coriander chutney or ketchup.

Notes

1. I have added veggies to poha so I did not add separately.
2. poha might already have enough salt so taste first. If required then only add salt.
