Ingredients

leftover Poha

boiled Potatoes
1
onion finely chopped
1
tsp
chopped green chilies
1
tsp
grated ginger
¼
tsp
chaat masala
½
cup
finely chopped veggies of your choice
salt to taste
1
tsp
Chopped coriander leaves
1-2
tbsp
oil
Instructions
Prepare poha and vegetables
Grind poha in your blender so that you get coarse mixture.
Add the rest of the ingredients except for oil to the ground poha.
Mix properly and check the spices. If you want you can add red chilli powder also. I did not add it.
Give shape to the tikki.
Cook Tikki or Cutlets
Cook the Poha Tikki in 1 -2 tbsp of oil.
Try to cook them on medium or low flame starting with the high flame.
Cook on both sides until light brown.
Your Poha tikki is ready to serve.
Serve it hot with coriander chutney or ketchup.

Notes
1. I have added veggies to poha so I did not add separately.
2. poha might already have enough salt so taste first. If required then only add salt.
