Instructions
To make Oven-baked French fries
Preheat your oven to 200 C.
Wash potatoes thoroughly and peel them.
Cut them lengthwise into even-sized thin wedges.
Prick them with a fork or knife.
In a bowl add potatoes, 2 tbsp oil, and the rest of the ingredients.
Toss well to coat the potatoes well with spices.
You can adjust spices according to your taste.
Spread the rest of the oil on the baking tray and arrange potatoes in a single layer.
Bake them for 20 minutes.
Turn them over using a metal spatula and bake again for 10 minutes until crisp and golden brown. Drain them on a paper towel to drain any excess oil.
To make cucumber mint yogurt dip
Mix hung curd, mint, and cucumber in a bowl. Season it with salt and pepper.

Notes
I prefer thin wedges as they bake quickly and thoroughly
