Bel Milk Shake

Bel or wood apple has very cooling effect on stomach and can be used in shake or Sharbat.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup bel fruit pulp
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 tsp sugar optional
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  • Open bel fruit and Scoop out the pulp.
  • With the help of your hands or some serving spoon mash the pulp.
  • Add a little water and pass the pulp through the sieve to remove seeds.
  • Use as little water as you can for a thick shake.
  • Add milk, bel fruit pulp, and sugar ( if you are adding ) in your blender and blend.
  • Bel Milk Shake is ready.

Notes

1. I got 2 cups pulp from 1 Bel fruit. 1 ½ cup pulp gave good flavor. you can use more if you like
2. Always add cold milk to the pulp to make the shake.
3. If you have some extra pulp you are not using in the shake you can use that to make Bel ka sharbat.
