Oreo Ice Cream - no churn Ice Cream, 3 ingredients ice cream, no cook desserts, easy homemade ice cream, ice cream made with milkmaidOreo Ice Cream – this has to be the easiest and yummiest Ice Cream ever. Great words spoken by my kids after making and devouring this yummy deliciousness 😉

But they have a point there. This really is THE easiest recipe for making ice cream and if there are Oreo involved you can be sure of kids liking it ( liking is a very mild word in this case ).

Oreo Ice Cream - no churn Ice Cream, 3 ingredients ice cream, no cook desserts, easy homemade ice cream, ice cream made with milkmaid

I have used this recipe to make mango, vanilla, chocolate ice cream and it has always been a success. It’s easy to make, a foolproof recipe with just 3 ingredients.

when I say that this is the simplest recipe I mean that. This Ice Cream was made by my 9-year-old son and I am just the photographer here. No contribution by me.

How to make Oreo Ice Cream

Preparation time: 10 minutes
no cooking required

Ingredients:
10 Oreo Cookies
200 ml fresh cream
200 ml condensed milk
a few drops of vanilla essence ( optional)

To make Oreo Ice Cream

pouring cream in a bowl

Before you start making Ice cream keep the bowl in the freezer for 15-20 minutes. The cream should also be chilled. if everything is chilled Cream will get whipped quickly. pour cream into the bowl.

whipping cream

whip cream until stiff peaks form. here you have to keep an eye on overzealous kids that they don’t beat the cream too much or you will get butter in place of whipped cream.

whipped cream is ready.

pouring milkmaid in whipped cream
Now pour milkmaid in the whipped cream. fold it gently into the cream.

adding vanilla essence to mixture

If you are adding vanilla essence do that now.

Now comes the most fun part according to my son. Crushing Oreos 🙂
put the Oreos in a ziplock bag and crush them with a rolling pin.

Add the crushed Oreos to the mixture and again mix gently.

Shift to a freezer-safe container with a tight lid. Freeze overnight or until set. Oreo Ice cream is ready to be indulged into 🙂
