Sev Papdi - Indian Chaat Recipe, vegetarian snacksSev Papdi – One of the yummiest and easiest chaat recipe. This can be prepared in minutes perfect for evening snacking or for serving guests. Papdis retain their crispness in this chaat as curd is not added which gives it a different taste than Dahi Papdi or Dahi Puri.

Sev Papdi - Indian Chaat Recipe, #vegetarian #snacks #chaat #indianyou can add as much salad as you like in these. sometimes I add sprouts, boiled corn also if they are available.

These Sev Papdi are bursting with flavor. combination of both chutneys giving the best of both worlds ( tangy and sweet), raw vegetables adding the crunch and coriander leaves ( which are a must for this recipe!!!) adding that refreshing and cool flavor. likhte hue bhi muh main paani aa gaya 😉

How to make Sev Papdi
Preparation time: 5 minutes
no cooking required

Ingredients :

20 Papdi ( you can use homemade or store-bought)
2 boiled potatoes, skin removed and chopped

1/4 cup pomegranate pearls ( optional)
green chutney as required
tamarind chutney as required
1 tsp chaat masala
2 tbsp coriander leaves
sev as required

Note: sometimes I add sprouts or boiled corn also to these.

add boiled potatoes on each Papdi and sprinkle some chaat masala on this. As both chutneys have salt and spices added to them I do not add them separately.

Top it up with chopped onions, green chilies, and tomatoes. How much vegetables you want to add is up to you. my principle is the more the merrier 🙂
