North Indian Lunch generally consists of Roti/ chapati, Dal, green vegetable, curd, salad, etc. There are so many options available. It depends on our taste and availability of vegetables what combination we want. I have shared my regular lunch pics just to give an idea.

Parathas, Bottle Gourd/Lauki Kofta Curry, Curd, Dal Fry, Steamed Rice, Green Salad, Karele, and pickled ginger
Panchmel Dal, Parathas, Curd, Khatta Meetha Kaddu, Bhindi, and Fruits.
Parathas, Chaach, Matar Paneer, Aloo french Beans, Green chutney, salad, and seasonal fruits.
Paneer Bhurji and Parathas
Steamed Rice, Panchmel Dal, Dry potato capsicum sabji, Chaach, gobi gajar shalgam achaar, Onions, and Mango.
Poori, Paneer Butter Masala, Boondi Raita, Khatta Meetha pumpkin, Rasedar aloo ki sabji, and fruits.
Bhindi Pyaz, Curd, Palak Paneer, fruit, salad, and Roti.
