Eggless Pancakes – who doesn’t like a hot pancake drizzled with butter and syrups and adorned with fruit slices. This recipe gives soft fluffy pancakes which are really easy to make. And that melted butter tastes so yum on pancakes that you just want to close your eyes and enjoy the deliciousness.
I handed the syrup bottles to my son while I was busy in taking pics and you can see the result. Pancakes were almost floating in caramel and chocolate pond 😉 but I have to say nothing can beat the taste of pancakes dunked in these syrups.
Kids love them any time of the day. In the breakfast, as an evening snack or even as a sweet treat in their lunch box. There are many varieties that we make like chocolate pancakes, apple cinnamon pancakes. I realized just now that I have not posted any pancakes recipe on the blog so thought about starting with the simplest. I will share rest recipes too soon. Promise !!!
Another favorite recipe that doesn’t require much effort but tastes amazing is 5-minute Eggless Chocolate Mug Cake

Ingredients:
1 cup plain flour/maida
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp baking powder
a pinch of salt
1 tbsp melted butter
a few drops vanilla essence
3/4 – 1 cup milk
extra butter for cooking pancakes
To make Eggless Pancakes
First mix all dry ingredients. Now add butter, vanilla essence, and milk. Start with adding 3/4 cup of milk and add more if required to get the desired consistency.
Heat a pan and brush it with butter. When hot add a ladle of batter in the center of the pan.
It will take a round shape itself and start fluffing in a minute.
Check by lifting a little if it is done from the bottom side or not. cook using a little butter till golden brown from both sides.
Drizzle generously with butter, Honey, Maple Syrup, Caramel syrup or Chocolate syrup whatever you like. You can also add slices of banana, strawberry or apple to make this more tempting :-).
