Bread Pizza with Cottage cheese Recipe
Bread Pizza with Cottage Cheese –
Everybody loves pizza especially kids. Though we do not want them to have these often as they can be unhealthy. This Bread pizza with cottage cheese recipe uses whole wheat bread and cottage cheese with lots of vegetables.

Cottage cheese is really good for growing kids and I try my best to get as much of it in my kid’s diet as I can. Now my kids love this pizza and I do not feel guilty
about feeding them this.

Bread Pizza with Cottage cheese Recipe
I learned the recipe from my elder sister who used to make it quite often. You can add any vegetables according to your kid’s preference.

You can also serve these as appetizers in kitty parties and kid’s birthday parties as this hardly take any time to make and are loved by all.
These are perfect as breakfast or afternoon snack for kids.

  • Mix thoroughly, taste, and adjust spices according to your taste.

You can also use grated cucumber and no need to saute it. just mix paneer and grated cucumber and put the bread in oven. If u want to decrease the calorie content no need to brush the bread slice with oil. Without oil also they become very crisp.
