Corn Sprout delight – I love to eat sprouts but my kids do not share my love of sprouts especially the elder one. To make him eat Sprouts sometimes we have to make it so appetizing that he can not say no. Sprout is quite popular nutritious food and contains lots of minerals and vitamins, antioxidants and Protein. As much these qualities make it appealing for us they have an opposite effect on my son.
Adding Corn is definitely a clever move π
Boiled corn is my good friend and has helped me in making my kids eat a lot of dishes that they would not touch otherwise. It adds a lovely color to the dish and takes the taste to a different level.
You can have this as a salad or as a side dish. It will not disappoint you in any form. When my son saw this salad he was quite fascinated by the medley of color. After some prompting, he even agreed to taste it. That is the half battle won. Believe me.
Both my kids loved it and ate their share happily. AND THAT is full battle Won π
To increase the color factor and health too you can add red and yellow peppers also to it.
