10 Vegetarian Breakfast Recipes kids love
Sometimes it is so tough to think of breakfast that everyone in the family will love. I am one of those persons who like hearty, filling healthy breakfast. It is a bit difficult on school days for kids to have a relaxed breakfast but weekends are a different story. Breakfast is made according to their taste. So I thought why not share with you today some breakfast recipes my kids love.
Here is a list of 10 vegetarian breakfast recipes your kids will love
Bread Pancakes – there is no way your kids won’t love it. take my word for this. This also makes a good choice for kids lunch box. why do I like this recipe? First, it tastes delicious. Second, it is loaded with veggies. go ahead give it a try
Moong Dal Cheela – Super yummy, healthy, nutritious lentil pancakes which are just perfect for a fulfilling breakfast. YOu can add paneer filling to make these more healthy and kid-friendly.
Red Kidney Bean ( Rajma) Burritos – This is one of my favorite in the list. I have used whole wheat roti to make these burritos but if you prefer you can use store bought Tortillas also.
White Sauce Sandwich – well no marks for guessing why kids like this one π
Chole Bhature – Chole Bhature is a very popular dish in our house at any time of the day. It is a mini meal generally served with pickle chutney and tomato onion salad.
Hung curd sandwich is a very healthy easy to make breakfast. And it is yummy too π
Vegetable Quesadilla – Be prepared to make an extra quesadilla for your kids because they will be definitely asking for more. I am speaking from personal experience π
Masala grilled toast – ready in 10 minutes, this sandwich is perfect for the evening snack, breakfast or for kids lunch box
Suji Dhokla – As these are very healthy, these have become a staple breakfast dish of all calorie conscious Indians. These dhoklas made with suji (semolina) are very tasty and light and can be served in breakfast, as an evening snack or as a lunch box snack for kids.
Spinach Corn Toast – you can have these in breakfast, as tea time snack, appetizer or you can send these in your kid’s school lunch box.
