Mango Peach Smoothie | whatscookingmom.in

Peach is another fruit liked by all. We all know the benefits of eating stone fruits. These are good for skin, full of fiber and help in reducing the risk of diabetes, cancer, and many other diseases.

Mango peach smoothie is very filling if you want to avoid breakfast, bursting with mango flavor and full of nutrition because of mango, peach, and banana in it.

I have not added any sugar to it as I did not feel the need. Smoothie was thick but we liked it as it is.

The recipe is as simple as it can be. Blend all the ingredients in your blender till you get a nice smooth thick smoothie.

For a creamy and thick smoothie, you can use frozen banana and peaches also. that saves time in the morning also.

You can add Yogurt or Milk to the Smoothie to adjust the thickness as per your preference

Smoothies are more nutritious than fruit juices as we are not removing the fruit pulp. This makes smoothies Fiber-rich and filling.
Smoothies are a very quick and healthy breakfast. It takes care of our fruit intake in the morning itself. and what a yummy way to consume fruits 🙂
