Iced Tea is sooooo cool and refreshing and amazing and tempting and… I can go on and on but I think you have got the idea ;-). It is undoubtedly one of the best drinks for hot summer days.
For tea lovers like me, summers pose a real problem when we are craving for our cup of evening tea and Sun is shining too brightly and simply refuses to listen to our requests. This tea is the solution to this problem.
The addition of lemon and mint simply increases the cool and refreshing factor manifolds. What do you say 🙂
I am sharing the basic Iced Tea recipe. There are so many variations you can make of this refreshing drink. We make this with green tea, orange juice, and much more. Mango and Peach flavors are must-try.
I make a big jug of this and keep in the fridge. whenever you are thirsty you can have a glass of this. My kids also love it and it is always welcome in our house. My younger one finds it really cool to have with lots of ice and lemon wedges.
If you like Honey you can skip the sugar and add honey to your iced tea just before serving. Fruity Iced tea is even better as the addition of sweet fruit reduces the quantity of sugar required in the drink.
