school Lunch box Ideas list

school lunch box ideas list #vegetarian #easy #tiffinideas Today I am sharing with you a pdf of school lunch box ideas list. You can print it, hang it in your kitchen, paste it on your fridge, pin it for your reference.

It is a daily struggle what we should send kids in their lunch box. We should plan ahead what we want to send kids in their tiffin box. Here are some tips which might help you in packing kids tiffin box:

Always try to send some dry snacks  with main food in a separate box which kids can have in their second break or while traveling in bus/van. I have tried to include some healthy options in the list. Some salad or fruit should also be sent in the tiffin box.

If you want to send half apple wrap it in cling wrap so that it does not change color.

Mango and watermelon should be cut in small cubes and packed in a separate box as these are very juicy.

Try to avoid sweet snacks in the lunch box as these stick to the teeth.

It is better to pack school lunch in a steel box rather than plastic ones. As Food is still warm when we pack it.

Note : If you find this list useful please let me know in comments. I am planning to post more printables and lists in future so I would like to know their usability.

Hi! I just came accross your website some days back and started following your recipes.
Let me tell you, I am not very fond of cooking and my son is a picky eater, All the recipes that I generally come across turn out to be disastrous when tried by me, We can really say I’m beginning to give up on cooking.
Had recently arranged for a part time cook for making dinners but lunch is yet to be prepared by me.
Your recipes have given me a new hope as they seem simple and tasty. I am really wishing that i can make my son happy with the tiffins i give him now from your recipes.
Can you help me with a list of ingredients which should be always available in my kitchen on general basis. I would like to buy stock and keep them ready for use. As I have too cook early morning and I am generally deciding late at night about next morning’s cooking so it is not possible to buy at that time.

Thanks, Nimisha. I am really glad that these recipes worked for you.
I generally have cheese, bread, butter, suji (Rava), besan and curd in my fridge. I can make quesadilla or suji uttapam, cheela or dhokla quickly. and my kids like taking bread preparations in Tiffin so I generally keep it also. In vegetables, potato, onion, capsicum, and tomato are always there. Boiled potatoes are a must in my fridge.
You can keep frozen sweet corn and olives also. you can add them to some recipes as they don’t require any chopping. will save time and add taste. chaat masala, oregano, and tomato ketchup also.
      Hope that helps 🙂

    Hi Nidhi!…
I try to avoid bread for my 5 year old daughter. Do you have more tiffin recipes which don’t need bread. Also some mushroom recipes please unless of course you don’t eat them.
    Thanks & regards.
