Mango Peach smoothie – My family is one of those who starts buying mangoes the day they appear in the fruit market and buy till they disappear in august. We all love mangoes. Anything with mangoes in it is enjoyed in our house.
Peach is another fruit liked by all. We all know the benefits of eating stone fruits. These are good for skin, full of fiber and help in reducing the risk of diabetes, cancer, and many other diseases.
Mango peach smoothie is very filling if you want to avoid breakfast, bursting with mango flavor and full of nutrition because of mango, peach, and banana in it.
I have not added any sugar to it as did not feel the need. Smoothie was thick but we liked it as it is.
How to make Mango peach Smoothie

1 tsp grated ginger
Mint leaves to garnish
To make Mango peach Smoothie
Blend all the ingredients in your blender till you get a nice smooth thick smoothie.
Garnish with mint sprigs and enjoy.
